Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of professional experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or SaaS Consulting.
- Proven experience owning complex B2B accounts.
- Experience working with non-tech-savvy customers to drive adoption and outcomes.
- Familiarity with commercial motions, including POV involvement, expansion ownership, and renewal processes.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with diverse stakeholders from operational leads to GMs.
- Experience working in a growth-stage SaaS company (Series A to C).
- Fluency in both German and English.
- Ability to manage complex internal decision cycles and operational environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to managing customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of enterprise and corporate accounts from onboarding through adoption, renewal, and expansion.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders including QM, HR, operations leads, and GMs.
- Lead Proof of Value (POV) phases for enterprise prospects in collaboration with AEs.
- Turn complex customer goals into actionable success plans with clear milestones and adoption targets.
- Manage portfolio activities proactively, prioritizing time and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with AEs on renewal and expansion while providing product feedback for roadmap development.
