Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience as a Customer Success manager.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Well-structured communication skills in speaking and writing.
  • Proficiency in asynchronous communication tools (e.g., Vitally, Zendesk, Loom).
  • Experience implementing structured routines for customer health monitoring.
  • Ability to work autonomously in routine situations.
  • Strong collaboration skills for working across internal verticals.
  • Aptitude for adopting automation and AI tools for account planning and documentation.
  • Capacity to manage complex stakeholder disputes and executive escalations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end post-sale customer journey from initial onboarding to long-term partnership.
  • Educate clients on product functionality and provide ongoing support.
  • Collaborate with Sales to align on customer expectations.
  • Monitor account health to proactively prevent churn and manage escalations.
  • Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Share direct customer feedback with internal teams to improve processes.
