- Own a portfolio of enterprise and corporate accounts from onboarding through adoption, renewal, and expansion.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders including QM, HR, operations leads, and GMs.
- Lead Proof of Value (POV) phases for enterprise prospects in collaboration with AEs.
- Turn complex customer goals into actionable success plans with clear milestones and adoption targets.
- Manage portfolio activities proactively, prioritizing time and growth opportunities.
