Requirements
- Demonstrated experience as a Customer Success manager.
- Fluent written and spoken English with strong communication skills.
- Ability to operate autonomously in routine situations.
- Experience managing customer relationships using asynchronous tools.
- Proficiency in proactive churn prevention and portfolio growth strategies.
- Capability to manage internal requests and product feedback loops.
- Aptitude for leveraging AI and automation for operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end customer journey from initial onboarding to long-term partnership.
- Monitor account health proactively to prevent churn and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Educate clients on product functionality and provide ongoing support.
- Collaborate with internal sales and operations teams to align on expectations and customer needs.
- Translate direct customer feedback into actionable requests to improve internal processes.
- Utilize automation and AI tools for account planning and customer documentation.
