Requirements

  • Extensive and proven experience as a Customer Success Manager.
  • Ability to manage a defined book of business despite high volume and constant change.
  • Proven track record of managing complex implementation projects.
  • Strong ability to understand diverse client needs and deliver targeted solutions.
  • Meticulous problem-solving skills across various technical scenarios.
  • Fluent written and spoken English with well-structured communication skills.
  • Experience in utilizing AI and automation tools for operational efficiency.
  • Proficiency in maintaining Vitally hygiene and documentation standards.
  • Ability to lead assigned accounts with personal ownership and collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire customer lifecycle from initial onboarding to long-term partnership.
  • Drive customer retention and mitigate churn for a medium-sized book of clients.
  • Execute structured business reviews (QBRs) and success plans.
  • Manage complex implementation projects with high rigor.
  • Deliver responsive, clear, and timely communication to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify expansion and cross-sell opportunities during account discussions.
  • Leverage approved AI and automation tools to increase daily throughput and communication quality.
