Requirements
- Extensive and proven experience as a Customer Success Manager.
- Ability to manage a defined book of business despite high volume and constant change.
- Proven track record of managing complex implementation projects.
- Strong ability to understand diverse client needs and deliver targeted solutions.
- Meticulous problem-solving skills across various technical scenarios.
- Fluent written and spoken English with well-structured communication skills.
- Experience in utilizing AI and automation tools for operational efficiency.
- Proficiency in maintaining Vitally hygiene and documentation standards.
- Ability to lead assigned accounts with personal ownership and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire customer lifecycle from initial onboarding to long-term partnership.
- Drive customer retention and mitigate churn for a medium-sized book of clients.
- Execute structured business reviews (QBRs) and success plans.
- Manage complex implementation projects with high rigor.
- Deliver responsive, clear, and timely communication to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Identify expansion and cross-sell opportunities during account discussions.
- Leverage approved AI and automation tools to increase daily throughput and communication quality.
