- 3+ years of quota-carrying education or enterprise B2B sales experience.
- Documented record of annual quota attainment success.
- Expertise with HubSpot and forecasting tools.
- Experience with structured deal management.
- Proficiency in standard MS Office and Teams platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
- Ability to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Manage a regional revenue quota through annual new and expansion bookings.
- Execute outbound demand generation to source 70% of pipeline.
- Cultivate and maintain key relationships across 50 Strategic Districts.
- Deliver product presentations remotely, at client sites, and industry events.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle including pricing, proposals, and contracting.
- Maintain CRM accuracy and deliver accurate weekly sales forecasts.
- Collaborate with pedagogy, marketing, and implementation teams to close complex instructional deals.
