- Prepare initial drafts of customer contracts, uplift agreements, renewals, remote clinical services agreements, NDAs, and BAAs.
- Manage the legal team's daily operational workflow and request queue.
- Refine and enhance legal tracking systems, workflows, and intake protocols.
- Utilize Microsoft Word and CRM systems to manage contract version control and document repositories.
- Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, and Finance to accelerate agreement turnaround.
