Requirements

  • Demonstrated graphic design experience through a portfolio, internships, freelance work, or comparable projects.
  • A portfolio showing strong typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and attention to detail across digital and print work.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Experience creating and refining presentations in PowerPoint or Google Slides.
  • Experience with shared asset libraries or digital asset-management systems.
  • Working knowledge of print-production requirements and file preparation.
  • Strong organizational skills and an interest in building reusable systems for assets and templates.
  • Ability to receive feedback, manage multiple assignments, and follow work through to completion.
  • A resourceful, curious approach to unfamiliar tools and assignments.
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate with non-design stakeholders while supporting brand consistency.
  • Core working hours of 8:00 AM–5:00 PM in the employee's timezone.
  • Nice to have: 2-3 years of relevant graphic design experience.
  • Nice to have: motion graphics or animation experience, particularly in After Effects, and video editing experience with Premiere Pro or a comparable tool.

Responsibilities

  • Organize, maintain, and improve the shared library of graphics, templates, presentations, video elements, and reusable creative resources.
  • Establish practical systems for naming, versioning, finding, and using brand assets.
  • Maintain and expand the brand guide and translate brand standards into templates and tools for teams.
  • Design and refine presentations, campaign graphics, sales and marketing collateral, and other creative materials.
  • Create on-brand graphics for social media and digital campaigns, developing reusable systems for common assets.
  • Edit, assemble, and prepare video content, including titles, graphic elements, and simple motion treatments.
  • Prepare polished, print-ready materials and ensure files meet visual, technical, and production requirements.
  • Evaluate practical ways to incorporate AI-enabled creative tools and improve creative workflows while maintaining quality and brand consistency.
  • Contribute visual assets and design support for website work and cross-functional initiatives.
