- Create and optimize website graphics and digital assets for usability, accessibility, responsive design, and file size.
- Support website builds, redesigns, and enhancements by developing wireframes, page layouts, visual concepts, and design recommendations.
- Fulfill individual schools’ design requests for promotional graphics, flyers, event materials, social graphics, digital ads, and other marketing collateral.
- Adapt established brand systems and templates for each school while preserving its unique identity.
- Support Ensemble-level branding initiatives, campaigns, presentations, and other internal and external creative projects.
- Partner with the Principal Creative/Content Strategist to execute creative concepts and maintain brand consistency.
- Help create and maintain reusable templates, graphics, and design systems.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities, incorporate feedback from multiple stakeholders, and uphold design standards.
