Event Manager

Design agendas and sessions with leadership, manage registration and attendee data in HubSpot, and lead attendee acquisition campaigns.
Oversee vendors including AV, F&B, production, signage, and swag; manage run of show and on-site execution.
Own logistics, travel, and budget for all-company offsites and internal gatherings.
Execute demand-gen webinar cadences including platform management, registration, and lead speaker preparation.
