Requirements
- Provide a strong portfolio demonstrating illustration skills and faithful recreation of existing artwork or photographic references.
- Be proficient in Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop, or comparable vector and raster tools.
- Have expertise in photo-to-vector conversion, including tracing, refining, and simplifying while preserving likeness.
- Be able to deliver finished files in PNG/JPEG format and vector files (AI/SVG/PDF) where redrawing is required.
- Have basic English communication skills sufficient to understand briefs and provide status updates.
Responsibilities
- Convert approximately 75–80 sketches and photographs into polished, high-resolution, print-ready artwork.
- Recreate image-based designs from photographic references while staying close to the original.
- Create typography and layouts for approximately 35–40 text-based designs.
- Deliver each design in versions optimized for light and dark garments.
- Provide PNG/JPEG files and vector files where redrawing is required.
- Manage a flexible workflow targeting about five designs per month.
- Collaborate through email, Dropbox, and calls to provide updates and receive feedback.
