Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- 5+ years of sales execution and negotiation experience.
- 5+ years of account management experience.
- 5+ years of pipeline generation and management experience.
- Proven history of achieving or exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets.
- Experience managing customer relationships and driving business growth in a technology environment.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, Excel, PowerPoint, and productivity tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and customer engagements.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of commercial and small-to-medium business accounts to protect and expand revenue.
- Drive year-over-year revenue growth through proactive account planning and customer engagement.
- Own sales opportunities through the full lifecycle from discovery and qualification to close.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, partners, and internal resources to accelerate deal execution.
- Execute targeted outbound prospecting campaigns to develop net-new pipeline.
- Serve as the central point of contact for customer, partner, and internal team collaboration.
- Track and report on pipeline performance, forecasting, and key sales metrics.
