Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a sales, customer-facing, or business development role.
  • Ability to execute consistent, high-volume outbound prospecting.
  • Clear, professional, and persuasive written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with or aptitude to learn CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
  • Experience with or ability to learn sales engagement tools such as Outreach or Salesloft.
  • Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to meet activity targets in a remote environment.
  • Ability to engage director and manager-level contacts effectively.
  • Resilient, coachable, and growth-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting including cold calls, email sequences, LinkedIn outreach, and event follow-up.
  • Respond to inbound marketing-qualified inquiries to qualify interest and schedule handoffs to Account Executives.
  • Research and identify prospective accounts using intent signals and internal data.
  • Apply qualification frameworks to assess prospect readiness and determine next steps.
  • Schedule and conduct introductory discovery conversations to generate interest.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records including outreach history, qualification notes, and meeting outcomes.
  • Communicate market trends, prospect feedback, and competitive intelligence to Sales and Marketing teams.
