Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
- 1–2 years of experience in a sales, customer-facing, or business development role.
- Ability to execute consistent, high-volume outbound prospecting.
- Clear, professional, and persuasive written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with or aptitude to learn CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
- Experience with or ability to learn sales engagement tools such as Outreach or Salesloft.
- Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to meet activity targets in a remote environment.
- Ability to engage director and manager-level contacts effectively.
- Resilient, coachable, and growth-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting including cold calls, email sequences, LinkedIn outreach, and event follow-up.
- Respond to inbound marketing-qualified inquiries to qualify interest and schedule handoffs to Account Executives.
- Research and identify prospective accounts using intent signals and internal data.
- Apply qualification frameworks to assess prospect readiness and determine next steps.
- Schedule and conduct introductory discovery conversations to generate interest.
- Maintain accurate CRM records including outreach history, qualification notes, and meeting outcomes.
- Communicate market trends, prospect feedback, and competitive intelligence to Sales and Marketing teams.
