Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
- Hands-on experience in the software development field (e.g., Software Developer, QA Engineer).
- 4+ years of product management or project management experience in software projects.
- 2+ years of experience in software development, testing, or operations.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams toward task completion.
- Demonstrated effective leadership and analytical skills.
- Proactive approach to problem solving.
- Advanced written and verbal English communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Maintain profitability across all assigned projects.
- Monitor metrics and KPIs to identify and implement process improvements.
- Ensure high levels of team and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate product releases aligned with business objectives and development needs.
- Manage risks and resolve issues impacting release scope, schedule, and quality.
- Coordinate collaboration between Devsu teams and clients.
- Negotiate and plan product development activities.
- Communicate project plans, commitments, and changes to stakeholders.
