Responsibilities
- Lead Product and Engineering teams and guide architecture and key technical decisions.
- Partner with the CEO and leadership team to own product roadmap execution and engineering delivery.
- Lead the migration of the Clubspeed platform from on-premise to the cloud.
- Improve engineering delivery, code quality, predictability, and operational excellence.
- Develop and execute a customer-focused product roadmap balancing innovation and sustainability.
- Manage the PCI DSS 4.0.1 readiness initiative.
- Integrate AI tools into software development and business operations.
- Coach, develop, and grow a high-performing Product & Engineering team.
