Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or alliances roles.
- Experience in physical security, SaaS, or networking industries.
- Proven track record of managing and growing a book of channel partners like VARs, MSPs, or distributors.
- Strong interpersonal skills for relationship building and influencing partners.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including delivering training and QBRs.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in pipeline management and forecasting in Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Strategic thinking capabilities balanced with tactical execution.
- Ability to comply with Solink’s security policies and standards.
- Must undergo a criminal records check upon hire.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow revenue through a portfolio of distributors, VARs, MSPs, and integrators.
- Partner closely with Account Executives on strategic opportunities, supporting partner engagement and deal progression.
- Activate and enable partners to generate net-new business through lead generation and deal registration.
- Coordinate partner engagement, including pricing requests, procurement processes, and opportunity progression.
- Design and lead partner onboarding, certification, and training programs.
- Monitor partner pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and revenue attainment using CRM and PRM tools.
