Requirements

  • 3+ years of successful partnering sales experience.
  • Proven track record in developing partners for software or technology sales.
  • University degree.
  • Professional working proficiency of English.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and maintain relationships at all business levels, including C-Level.
  • Strong presentation skills and collaborative communication style.
  • Skilled in internal and external conflict resolution.
  • Ability to prioritize workload across multiple countries and time zones.
  • Experience with selling habits unique to specific regions.
  • Must permanently reside in the EMEA region.

Responsibilities

  • Lead outbound sales activities to identify and target new partners in the EMEA region.
  • Source, qualify, and close new partnerships to drive business growth.
  • Facilitate collaboration between Wowza and partner teams to achieve sales targets.
  • Organize and participate in reseller roadshows to present solutions to prospects.
  • Negotiate standard contract elements and resolve channel conflicts.
  • Maintain accurate records in HubSpot for managed partners.
  • Provide credible revenue forecasts and recommendations for partner relationships.
