- Manage daily Seller Central operations, including resolving catalog errors, suppressed ASINs, and Seller Support cases.
- Execute SEO strategies including keyword research, title and bullet copy, and backend search term optimization.
- Develop creative briefs for graphic designers and manage the end-to-end design process for A+ content and Brand Stores.
- Coordinate client communication, including preparing biweekly decks and maintaining proactive account strategy updates.
- Monitor account health, inventory levels, pricing anomalies, and profitability metrics.
- Track and manage all tasks, deadlines, and project documentation in ClickUp and Airtable.
- Collaborate with the pod's Brand Manager and PPC Specialist to drive revenue growth and improve TACoS.
