Requirements
- Strong written and spoken communication skills for client-facing interaction.
- Comfort and professionalism on camera for frequent video meetings.
- Ability to work UK business hours (20 hours per week).
- Genuine interest or knowledge in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, haircare, or fragrance.
- Proficiency or ability to learn HubSpot, Bitrix24, and the proprietary Retail Connect platform.
- USB headset with noise cancellation feature.
- Working webcam.
- Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM.
- Primary internet service speed of at least 25 Mbps cable connection.
- Backup internet service speed of at least 10 Mbps.
Responsibilities
- Manage the post-sale handoff from the BDR team immediately after a deal closes.
- Oversee the client onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for beauty-brand founders.
- Conduct client follow-ups and respond to ongoing needs and inquiries.
- Coordinate internally to ensure project deliverables are met.
- Maintain high client satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Manage client records in HubSpot, Bitrix24, and the proprietary Retail Connect platform.
