Senior Account & Channel Manager

Own the post-sale lifecycle for a portfolio of named accounts, from onboarding through renewal.
Deliver structured success planning and Executive Business Reviews to demonstrate value realization.
Identify and mitigate retention risks while expanding the footprint within existing accounts.
Act as the primary voice of the customer to internal Product, Engineering, and leadership teams.
Lead the identification, outbound prospecting, and acquisition of one new strategic channel partner.
Negotiate and execute strategic channel agreements, including OEM, revenue share, and white-label models.
Collaborate cross-functionally to enable partners and develop collateral for market entry.
