Requirements

  • Solid experience in enterprise B2B SaaS sales or account management.
  • Proven track record of expanding six- and seven-figure ARR accounts.
  • Demonstrable success selling into financial services, professional services, or large corporate environments.
  • Expertise in RegTech, compliance, risk, data, or security software.
  • Fluency in navigating complex enterprise buying processes, procurement, and multi-year contract negotiations.
  • Strong commercial instinct with the ability to articulate ROI to C-level stakeholders.
  • Excellent forecasting discipline and CRM hygiene (Salesforce or equivalent).
  • Experience operating within a MEDDPICC or similar qualification framework.
  • Executive presence with the ability to engage senior banking and corporate leaders.
  • Willingness to travel across the UK, Europe, and occasionally the US.

Responsibilities

  • Own the post-sale lifecycle for a portfolio of named accounts, from onboarding through renewal.
  • Deliver structured success planning and Executive Business Reviews to demonstrate value realization.
  • Identify and mitigate retention risks while expanding the footprint within existing accounts.
  • Act as the primary voice of the customer to internal Product, Engineering, and leadership teams.
  • Lead the identification, outbound prospecting, and acquisition of one new strategic channel partner.
  • Negotiate and execute strategic channel agreements, including OEM, revenue share, and white-label models.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to enable partners and develop collateral for market entry.
