Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a trusted partner to founders, CEOs, or senior executives in high-growth organizations.
- Experience supporting both executive and personal priorities.
- Exceptional project management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Strong business judgment with the ability to anticipate needs and exercise sound discretion.
- Proven ability to thrive in a highly hands-on partnership with consistent follow-through.
- Ability to synthesize complex information and translate ideas into clear priorities and next steps.
- Direct, candid communication style that builds trust and maintains healthy boundaries.
- Emotionally grounded, adaptable, and calm under pressure.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly in support of the Co-Founder.
- Experience in founder-led businesses strongly preferred.
- Consumer products industry experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own the Co-Founder's calendar, ensuring priorities are sequenced and focus time is protected.
- Serve as the primary gatekeeper for meetings, requests, and incoming priorities.
- Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, including speaking engagements, investor meetings, and board activities.
- Capture action items, drive follow-up, and ensure commitments are completed.
- Collaborate with internal leaders to coordinate priorities and ensure organizational alignment.
- Manage personal logistics, including household vendors, appointments, and medical scheduling.
- Travel alongside the Co-Founder for conferences, events, and strategic offsites.
