Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
- Based in LATAM.
- Professional phone presence with a quiet work environment.
- Strong problem-solving and independent work skills.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Self-starter capable of managing concurrent tasks.
- Reliable high-speed internet and cell reception for business phone routing.
- Available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM ET.
- Ability to learn tools such as GoHighLevel, GoodShuffle Pro, and QuickBooks.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls, emails, and inquiries within 5 minutes and provide quotes within 15.
- Qualify leads and build accurate quotes using Goodshuffle Pro.
- Manage the full booking process from inquiry to contract signature and deposit collection.
- Maintain CRM accuracy regarding lead statuses and project notes.
- Coordinate rental availability with the warehouse team.
- Schedule meetings and manage the owner's calendar across multiple business lines.
- Monitor bills and support accounts receivable follow-up.
