Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
  • Based in LATAM.
  • Professional phone presence with a quiet work environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and independent work skills.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Self-starter capable of managing concurrent tasks.
  • Reliable high-speed internet and cell reception for business phone routing.
  • Available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM ET.
  • Ability to learn tools such as GoHighLevel, GoodShuffle Pro, and QuickBooks.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound calls, emails, and inquiries within 5 minutes and provide quotes within 15.
  • Qualify leads and build accurate quotes using Goodshuffle Pro.
  • Manage the full booking process from inquiry to contract signature and deposit collection.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy regarding lead statuses and project notes.
  • Coordinate rental availability with the warehouse team.
  • Schedule meetings and manage the owner's calendar across multiple business lines.
  • Monitor bills and support accounts receivable follow-up.
