Requirements
- 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience in crypto processing, payment systems, or fintech.
- Professional fluency in English (C1 level) for stakeholder negotiations.
- Professional fluency in Russian (C1 level/Native).
- Deep understanding of high-risk market verticals including adtech, gaming, adult, and gambling.
- Proven ability to work autonomously without extensive onboarding or close supervision.
- Strong hunter mentality focused on cold sales and client acquisition.
- Existing network of potential merchant leads is considered a plus.
Responsibilities
- Actively prospect and acquire new B2B merchants within high-risk sectors including adtech, gaming, adult, gambling, luxury, and IT services.
- Lead negotiations with C-level executives and financial directors of potential partners.
- Present crypto off-ramp solutions and clearly articulate business benefits to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts.
- Transition signed clients to the account management department for ongoing support.
- Expand market presence into key global hubs including Cyprus, Dubai, Lisbon, Barcelona, and the US.
