Requirements
- Proven experience managing and analyzing individual giving programs, balancing acquisition and retention.
- Experience with detailed audience segmentation, data analysis, and managing complex donor journeys.
- Comfortable using donor KPI metrics to drive strategic decisions.
- Experience managing external fundraising agencies to execute marketing and development plans.
- Experience launching and managing paid acquisition and lead generation campaigns across multiple channels.
- Deep proficiency in donor retention, mid-level upgrade strategies, and individual donation management.
- In-depth knowledge of the charity sector and global fundraising market trends.
- Understanding of tax-smart giving vehicles, such as Donor-Advised Funds (DAFs).
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate robust donor acquisition initiatives through digital outreach and multi-channel direct response.
- Lead 360-degree portfolio initiatives to maximize lifetime value and balance attrition reduction.
- Design tailored donor journeys to support lead generation, conversion, and retention.
- Develop upgrade and cross-sell strategies to increase donor lifetime value.
- Oversee end-to-end campaign implementation, including data selection and segmentation.
- Monitor KPIs, produce reports, and adjust tactics to meet revenue and volume targets.
- Collaborate on donor research initiatives like user testing, surveys, and focus groups.
