  • Experience creating and implementing outbound strategies.
  • Demonstrated success improving pipeline generation, conversion rates, and team performance.
  • Experience hiring, onboarding, and developing SDRs.
  • Experience working closely with Account Executives.
  • Experience working with remote teams.
  • Excellent coaching and leadership skills.
  • Data-driven approach to decision making.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop the SDR team through regular one-to-one coaching, call reviews, and performance management.
  • Create a high-performance culture focused on accountability, learning, and continuous improvement.
  • Build and refine outbound strategies across email, phone, and LinkedIn.
  • Identify new target markets, ideal customer profiles, and prospecting opportunities.
  • Introduce new ideas, tools, and sales methodologies to improve results.
  • Monitor SDR KPIs, pipeline generation, conversion rates, and activity levels.
  • Work closely with Sales Leadership to align pipeline generation with company growth objectives.
  • Recruit and scale the SDR function as the business grows.
  • Ensure CRM hygiene and consistent execution of outbound processes.
