Responsibilities
- Lead and coach sales teams to achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly business objectives and performance targets.
- Drive customer success and revenue growth initiatives, including onboarding, adoption, renewals, upselling, and expansion opportunities.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, and customer experience metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and development activities to support employee growth.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and maintain reliable CRM data and reporting.
- Analyze performance trends, customer insights, and market developments to create effective sales strategies and best practices.
- Act as an escalation point for customer issues and ensure timely, effective resolution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, sales leadership, and external clients.
- Collaborate with clients on reporting, forecasting, and performance objectives.
