- Experience with Gong.io, Notion, and AI-driven productivity tools.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and drive tasks to closure.
- Intellectual curiosity and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment.
- Comfortable operating with autonomy and ambiguity.
- Up to 15% travel required for team meetings, training, or company events.
Responsibilities
- Maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce, Sigma, and Gainsight to monitor pipeline health, rep performance, and forecast accuracy.
- Identify data patterns and anomalies, providing clear summaries and actionable insights to sales leadership.
- Collaborate with Revenue Operations to improve data quality and maintain core sales tools including Salesforce, Gainsight, and Gong.io.
- Execute annual planning activities such as territory design, quota distribution, and headcount tracking.
- Coordinate recurring sales meetings, including QBRs, pipeline reviews, and forecast calls, by preparing agendas and tracking follow-up actions.
- Identify process gaps and implement AI technologies to improve seller productivity and operational efficiency.
- Maintain NA Sales process documentation and operating playbooks.
