Requirements
- 10+ years of program management experience.
- Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects end-to-end.
- Deep technical understanding with the ability to influence system designs and roadmaps.
- Hands-on experience with engineering-standard tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Linear).
- Proficiency in AI agent tooling (e.g., Claude, Cursor) and automated workflows.
- Bachelor's Degree in software engineering or a related major, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated ability to automate roles and manage AI outputs for quality.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to influence stakeholders at every organizational level.
- Strong strategic mindset for scenario planning and risk mitigation.
Responsibilities
- Own the department’s end-to-end planning operating system including OKR cycles, QBR preparation, and roadmap management.
- Manage weekly execution alignment meetings, ensuring follow-ups are closed and decisions are logged.
- Develop strategic collateral such as all-hands presentations and executive updates.
- Centralize department artifacts into a reliable source of truth aligned with knowledge management frameworks.
- Transform departmental operations from AI-assisted to fully AI-native.
- Coordinate cross-functional intake, triage, and staffing for the department.
- Identify and resolve organizational friction or communication gaps proactively.
- Lead high-priority, time-boxed projects like build-vs-buy evaluations, RFPs, and data audits.
