Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in technical program management, revenue operations, product operations, or commercial systems.
  • Proven track record of owning end-to-end product launches and building the underlying operational systems.
  • Deep understanding of usage-based or consumption-based business models, including metering, commits, and overages.
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and CPQ systems.
  • Experience with financial and billing systems, product rating, and telemetry integrations.
  • Ability to define and facilitate design requirements for quoting, approval, and control logic.
  • Experience in cross-functional program management, including driving stakeholders and holding timelines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field is preferred.
  • Owner-operator mindset with the ability to work from a blank slate.

Responsibilities

  • Stand up NPI as a repeatable discipline by building launch processes, requirements frameworks, and operating cadences.
  • Own the launch program end-to-end, holding timelines and synthesizing deliverables across product, finance, legal, operations, and engineering teams.
  • Define commercial and operational design requirements including pricing setup, quoting logic, and approval rules.
  • Lead the integration path for acquired products into commercial systems, ensuring sellability and standard alignment.
  • Conduct UAT on quote-to-cash flows and own go-live readiness through go/no-go decision making.
  • Build automation and tooling to optimize commercial operations and reduce manual processes.
  • Track post-launch performance to feed learnings back into the NPI process.
