Requirements
- BS / BA college degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- 8+ years of product management experience, with deep expertise in AI-powered systems.
- Track record of owning strategy for large, ambiguous product areas.
- Experience with platforms, APIs, and extensibility.
- Substantial hands-on work with AI agent systems, code generation, or programmable interfaces.
- Experience setting the bar for 'good' on non-deterministic products, including defining evals, guardrails, and success metrics.
- Experience building both developer-grade tools and approachable products for less-technical creators.
- Strong technical curiosity and willingness to contribute directly to product (e.g., opening pull requests, writing queries).
- Ability to lead through influence rather than authority, holding your own with senior stakeholders.
- Stay curious and build fluency in emerging AI tools.
Responsibilities
- Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Webflow's agent surfaces: the Webflow AI Assistant, MCP, Agent Instructions, and the underlying AI platform.
- Sequence work to ensure surfaces reinforce each other and ship a coherent product.
- Define the quality bar, evals, guardrails, and metrics for non-deterministic agent experiences.
- Balance developer-grade surfaces like MCP and APIs against approachable interfaces for visual, less-technical creators.
- Represent the agent area to leadership, turn strategy into committed plans, and navigate cross-functional disagreement across Engineering, GTM, and beyond.
- Prototype ideas, contribute to the product directly in code where helpful, and stay close to implementation.
- Place durable, multi-year bets and keep raising the bar on delivery speed and quality.
- Set reusable patterns and standards, and mentor PMs and partners as the agent practice grows.
