Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of product management experience with internal/enterprise application(s).
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on user insights and metrics.
- Demonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery.
- Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
- Initiative and responsiveness.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to influence with impact across functions and disciplines.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Drive discovery activities with users, design, and technical teams to create effective solutions.
- Lead cross-functional teams to bring product concepts to market.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and scrum teams to improve products and address challenges.
- Support Production Support team with analyzing escalated issues and defects.
- Collaborate with Launch Operations team on new feature launches.
- Track and report on key product KPIs and project success metrics.
