Requirements

  • 7+ years of enterprise client success or account management experience
  • Proven track record of driving retention, renewals, and expansion within complex client ecosystems
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build trust from day-to-day champions to C-suite executives
  • Ability to turn data into insights and compelling narratives
  • Strong project management skills to handle complex accounts and define operational structure
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to thrive in a dynamic, early-stage environment
  • Deep empathy for the patient experience
  • Willingness to travel 20-30% of the time for in-person meetings
  • Experience in digital health, benefits, or B2B2C environments preferred
  • Experience building a Client Success function from the ground up preferred

Responsibilities

  • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and act as their strategic advisor
  • Drive utilization, engagement, and adoption of WellTheory's programs
  • Deliver data-driven business reviews with insights and recommendations
  • Secure renewals and identify expansion opportunities
  • Anticipate and resolve client issues with urgency and care
  • Contribute to playbooks and best practices as the Client Success function scales
