Requirements
- 7+ years of enterprise client success or account management experience
- Proven track record of driving retention, renewals, and expansion within complex client ecosystems
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build trust from day-to-day champions to C-suite executives
- Ability to turn data into insights and compelling narratives
- Strong project management skills to handle complex accounts and define operational structure
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to thrive in a dynamic, early-stage environment
- Deep empathy for the patient experience
- Willingness to travel 20-30% of the time for in-person meetings
- Experience in digital health, benefits, or B2B2C environments preferred
- Experience building a Client Success function from the ground up preferred
Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and act as their strategic advisor
- Drive utilization, engagement, and adoption of WellTheory's programs
- Deliver data-driven business reviews with insights and recommendations
- Secure renewals and identify expansion opportunities
- Anticipate and resolve client issues with urgency and care
- Contribute to playbooks and best practices as the Client Success function scales
