Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5-8 years of experience in pharmacy operations.
- Strong client management and account management skills.
- Deep understanding of PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management) services.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and influence stakeholders without direct reporting authority.
- Effective problem-solving skills with a consultative approach.
- Proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets.
- Proficiency with PowerPoint and Google Slides.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage through organizational change.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to bring stakeholders together for solution identification.
- Ability to travel to client sites for Open Enrollment or Benefit Fairs as needed.
Responsibilities
- Manage the overall relationship with assigned PBM clients including ongoing touchbases and contract deliverables.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day operational inquiries and facilitate quarterly and annual business reviews.
- Partner with the Implementation Team to ensure seamless transitions for new clients post-launch.
- Gather and manage client requirements for the annual open enrollment process, including benefit changes.
- Identify issue trends and collaborate with operations and vendor partners to implement preventative measures.
- Provide ongoing partner support by interpreting plan designs, researching inquiries, and resolving claims, benefit, and enrollment issues.
- Educate client employees on PBM solutions through webinars, training forums, and potential onsite Benefit Fairs.
