Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in sales, account management, or client success roles.
  • Strong sales acumen with experience in B2B, consultative, and telephone-based selling.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in legal services (court reporting, legal videography, records retrieval) strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, RB9, Commence) and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, networking, and industry events.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients at all levels.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned client accounts to drive retention and satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and execute outbound sales efforts.
  • Conduct in-person and virtual meetings, demos, and presentations.
  • Cross-sell and upsell services to maximize revenue growth.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and track all interactions in a CRM.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and marketing teams to execute strategic account plans.
  • Provide sales forecasting and pipeline reporting to leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and company data policies.
