Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in sales, account management, or client success roles.
- Strong sales acumen with experience in B2B, consultative, and telephone-based selling.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in legal services (court reporting, legal videography, records retrieval) strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, RB9, Commence) and Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, networking, and industry events.
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients at all levels.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned client accounts to drive retention and satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and execute outbound sales efforts.
- Conduct in-person and virtual meetings, demos, and presentations.
- Cross-sell and upsell services to maximize revenue growth.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and track all interactions in a CRM.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and marketing teams to execute strategic account plans.
- Provide sales forecasting and pipeline reporting to leadership.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and company data policies.
