- Experience in startups is a bonus.
- Experience in the property management industry is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Ensure clients have a deep understanding of the platform and technical capabilities.
- Accelerate new user adoption through functional instruction and ongoing feature education.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive further product value.
- Proactively identify and mitigate business churn risks with clear action plans.
- Analyze data and client feedback to develop engagement and success strategies.
- Represent the client voice internally to influence product development and business improvements.
- Apply a solution-oriented approach to meeting needs and escalating issues efficiently.
