Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in healthcare recruiting, client-facing healthcare consulting, or a client success/account management role.
- Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
- Proven track record of delivering results and meeting retention or sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and maintain personal accountability for a portfolio of accounts.
- Proficiency in presenting to large remote and in-person audiences, including executive stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage large volumes of information across multiple clients and projects.
- Experience using Doximity Talent Finder is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, trusted consultative partnerships with clients to ensure alignment with their recruitment objectives.
- Monitor product adoption and utilization trends to identify and mitigate at-risk clients.
- Create and deliver executive business reviews to analyze performance results and propose strategic improvements.
- Partner with Sales to identify and execute on upsell and renewal opportunities.
- Manage client timelines and provide status updates to leadership on high-risk and high-potential accounts.
- Deliver white-glove recruitment support by managing job descriptions, candidate searches, target lists, and outreach messaging.
- Deploy DocMail campaigns and manage job postings for premium Talent Finder Pro clients.
