- Own the end-to-end strategy for user growth, with a primary focus on top-of-funnel acquisition, activation, and early retention across web and mobile surfaces
- Drive SEO-led growth for the web product, partnering with engineering, content, and data teams to improve discoverability, indexation, and organic traffic performance
- Manage ambiguity, complexity, and cross-functional interdependencies
- Partner closely with engineering, design, data science, and product operations to define, build, iterate, and scale growth experiences
- Define objectives, metrics, and guardrails to guide prioritization and measure success
