- Own the end-to-end strategy for consumer-facing AI initiatives, including defining content quality standards, establishing evaluation frameworks, and driving responsible rollout and scale
- Manage ambiguity, complexity, and cross-functional interdependencies in a fast-paced environment, doing what it takes to make the product successful
- Partner closely with engineering, design, data science, and product operations to define, build, iterate, and scale AI-powered experiences
- Define objectives, metrics, and guardrails (engagement, quality, trust) to guide prioritization and measure success
- Run structured experimentation to optimize feed allocation and performance, using quantitative and qualitative insights to inform product strategy
- Stay current with advances in Generative AI to continuously improve product capabilities and long-term roadmap direction
