Requirements
- 5+ years of implementation, client onboarding, or program management experience
- Experience in digital health, benefits, or adjacent B2B2C environments
- Proven track record of delivering complex launches on time and within scope
- Strong relationship-driven communication skills
- Ability to build trust with stakeholders from project leads to executive sponsors
- Strong structured project management skills
- Analytical and detail-oriented with experience using data and analytics tools
- Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
- Adaptable and resourceful problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment
- Empathy for the autoimmune patient experience
Responsibilities
- Own client implementation plans end-to-end, from kickoff through go-live and handoff to Client Success
- Manage multiple concurrent implementations against aggressive timelines
- Gather business requirements and translate them into clear internal specs
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client implementation stakeholders
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Care
- Anticipate and resolve implementation risks with urgency and care
- Contribute to playbooks and best practices as the Implementation function scales
