- Experience with strategic planning.
- Experience with quality improvement.
- Experience with policy analysis.
- Experience with data management.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust determination.
Responsibilities
- Provide overall contract leadership and serve as primary point of contact.
- Lead quality control, staffing, reporting, risk management, policy implementation, and client communications.
- Oversee SMEs and Program Analysts.
- Manage deliverables and continuous quality improvement.
- Prepare monthly reports, participate in meetings, provide technical assistance, and support continuous improvement.
