Requirements
- Proven experience in end-to-end sales, business development, account management, or consultative selling.
- Demonstrated history of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Experience managing a CRM and maintaining accurate pipeline records.
- Confidence conducting discovery conversations and presenting solutions.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Stable internet connection and professional home office setup.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective customers to generate qualified opportunities.
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer challenges and objectives.
- Recommend solutions and manage negotiations to close new business.
- Support smooth customer onboarding and maintain trusted long-term relationships.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline health, forecasts, and reports.
- Leverage AI tools to improve productivity, research, and sales effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Partnerships, Operations, Product, and Customer Success teams.
