- Basic navigation skills within WordPress.
- Direct experience selling advertisements or working within the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Initiate contact with prospective advertisers through cold calling, structured email campaigns, and professional social media channels.
- Collaborate with the internal Editor to identify high-potential targets and research competitor publications.
- Mine internal lead lists to uncover new advertising opportunities.
- Network with current clients and referral partners to build a pipeline of warm introductions and renewals.
- Serve as a helpful advisor to prospects, aligning advertising solutions with their unique business goals.
- Manage, log, and systematically follow up with leads through the CRM platform.
- Ensure all communication is tracked flawlessly via Gmail.
