- Take responsibility for all design work across product areas, from customer research and problem definition through implementation, launch, and iteration.
- Work with partners including engineering, CX, and the CEO to identify worthwhile problems and connect individual releases into a coherent product experience.
- Talk directly with users, observe workflows, test assumptions, and turn insights into product decisions.
- Develop different approaches and build realistic prototypes to evaluate behavior, usability, and feasibility.
- Create clear, polished interfaces based on a deep understanding of customer workflows and pain points.
- Use AI throughout the design process to research, explore ideas, prototype, and improve output.
- Improve shared design patterns, communicate decisions clearly, and provide feedback to help peers produce better work.
