Requirements

  • Proven track record of carrying and hitting a sales quota.
  • Strong analytical foundation (e.g., finance, consulting, engineering, product).
  • Ability to work with complex data and build persuasive arguments for quantitative buyers.
  • Experience holding commercial conversations with CFOs or FP&A professionals.
  • Capability to discuss product implementation details and handle technical questions.
  • High level of professional growth and initiative.
  • Experience in customer-facing B2B SaaS roles.
  • Direct experience in finance teams at software companies is a plus.
  • Professional background in consulting, investment banking, or private equity is a plus.
  • Direct FP&A experience is highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end renewal process for a portfolio of accounts.
  • Formalize the expansion playbook and scale it by identifying growth potential and executing motions.
  • Partner with CSMs on account strategy, providing the commercial angle to complement implementation depth.
  • Engage directly with finance teams and economic buyers to align Aleph’s value with their workflows.
  • Run pricing conversations and negotiate renewals and expansions.
  • Develop product fluency to discuss implementation details and handle technical questions.
  • Track account health signals including usage trends, AI adoption, and seat utilization.
  • Flag at-risk accounts early and collaborate on save strategies.
