Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1-2+ years of experience in inside sales or a customer service role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong phone presence and ability to engage customers
- Ability to quickly understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Understanding of marketing and sales motions
- Experience working with NetSuite (preferred)
- Familiarity with the healthcare or medical device industry (preferred)
- Prior experience working with field sales reps and cross-functional business units (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming leads and convert them into sales opportunities
- Communicate with potential customers via cold calling, email, and online chat
- Utilize a consultative selling approach to educate customers on products and services
- Track and manage leads, pipeline, and sales activities using NetSuite CRM
- Nurture relationships with existing and previous customers to generate repeat business
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve post-sale issues
- Maintain detailed reports of sales activities, including calls and orders
- Provide periodic territory sales forecasts
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
