Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant sales experience.
- 2–4 years of proven success in an Inside Sales, B2B outbound sales, or business development role.
- Track record of exceeding sales quotas.
- Demonstrated 'hunter' mentality with strong objection-handling, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills with the ability to build rapport virtually.
- Highly organized and self-motivated.
- Comfortable navigating a fast-paced, high-activity digital sales environment.
- Solution-oriented problem solver and a collaborative team player.
- Preferred experience in the beauty, salon, luxury retail, or wellness industry.
Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outreach including cold calling and prospecting to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Drive account acquisition by owning the entire sales cycle from initial contact to close.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly new account opening quotas.
- Pitch and educate salon owners and decision-makers on Nutrafol's product portfolio and clinical validity.
- Ensure a smooth, white-glove transition of new accounts to the Account Management team.
- Leverage corporate marketing initiatives and promotions to build urgency and close business.
- Maintain CRM accuracy in Salesforce by tracking leads, logging activities, and reporting on metrics.
- Collaborate with Salon Account Management and Marketing teams to ensure brand alignment.
