Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-4 years of sales experience driving mid-market and large commercial accounts.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce.com.
  • Proven track record of success in the software, security, and storage industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect and build pipeline independently.
  • Experience introducing new product solutions and services.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Willingness to travel 50% of the time for customer and partner meetings.
  • Proficiency in translating prospect challenges into business opportunities.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • High energy and a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase average deal size and maximize revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite contacts throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to present solutions and assess needs.
  • Negotiate pricing and business terms with large commercial enterprises.
  • Maintain exceptional working relationships with channel partners to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Ensure robust forecasting accuracy and consistency of pipeline build.
  • Develop and manage key account relationship maps for existing and target customers.
