Requirements
- Minimum of 3-4 years of sales experience driving mid-market and large commercial accounts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce.com.
- Proven track record of success in the software, security, and storage industry.
- Demonstrated ability to prospect and build pipeline independently.
- Experience introducing new product solutions and services.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel 50% of the time for customer and partner meetings.
- Proficiency in translating prospect challenges into business opportunities.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- High energy and a sense of urgency.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to increase average deal size and maximize revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite contacts throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to present solutions and assess needs.
- Negotiate pricing and business terms with large commercial enterprises.
- Maintain exceptional working relationships with channel partners to identify new sales opportunities.
- Ensure robust forecasting accuracy and consistency of pipeline build.
- Develop and manage key account relationship maps for existing and target customers.
