Requirements

  • 5+ years of account management experience in the advertising or ad tech industry.
  • Proven experience working with both brand-direct and agency-side clients.
  • Demonstrated track record of client growth, retention, and consultative upselling.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and measurement study results.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Superior organizational and time management skills to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
  • Working knowledge of DSPs (e.g., The Trade Desk, Viant) and SSPs (e.g., Xandr, Index Exchange).
  • Experience with research tools, brand studies, and ad measurement platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the lead for assigned accounts, managing the full lifecycle from pre-sales to business reviews.
  • Develop and execute tailored account strategies to drive client retention and long-term value.
  • Synthesize campaign performance data into clear, actionable client-ready narratives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Translate complex technical concepts, such as bidding strategies and targeting, into clear value-based dialogue.
  • Surface client feedback to shape go-to-market offerings and the product roadmap.
  • Troubleshoot delivery issues in partnership with Trading, Engineering, and Product teams.
