Requirements
- 5+ years of account management experience in the advertising or ad tech industry.
- Proven experience working with both brand-direct and agency-side clients.
- Demonstrated track record of client growth, retention, and consultative upselling.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and measurement study results.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Superior organizational and time management skills to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
- Working knowledge of DSPs (e.g., The Trade Desk, Viant) and SSPs (e.g., Xandr, Index Exchange).
- Experience with research tools, brand studies, and ad measurement platforms is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead for assigned accounts, managing the full lifecycle from pre-sales to business reviews.
- Develop and execute tailored account strategies to drive client retention and long-term value.
- Synthesize campaign performance data into clear, actionable client-ready narratives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Translate complex technical concepts, such as bidding strategies and targeting, into clear value-based dialogue.
- Surface client feedback to shape go-to-market offerings and the product roadmap.
- Troubleshoot delivery issues in partnership with Trading, Engineering, and Product teams.
