Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B sales development or lead generation experience, preferably in the software industry.
- Professional proficiency in English (speaking and writing).
- Proven experience in cold calling and creating personalized emails.
- Experience with CRM and sales tools: Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Gen AI Tools, and 6sense.
- Outbound sales experience targeting mid-market and enterprise companies.
- Self-motivated and organized work style with the ability to operate independently.
- Strong working product knowledge of API suites.
- Willingness to engage prospects frequently via phone and video.
Responsibilities
- Perform outbound prospecting activities via phone, video, email, and LinkedIn.
- Discover new leads through internet research and social media monitoring using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Qualify customers based on thorough knowledge of the Vonage Video API product.
- Maintain meticulous and detailed notes within the CRM system.
- Schedule qualified meetings and demos for Healthcare Focused Account Managers.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to optimize performance.
- Achieve monthly targets for qualified appointments and new sales opportunities.
- Develop and maintain territory plans in partnership with Account Managers.
