Requirements
- 2–3 years of professional or project-based experience (internships, independent work, or coursework).
- Practical experience using AI tools beyond basic question-and-answer functionality.
- Demonstrated curiosity and drive to understand AI tools at a technical level.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven organizational skills in a fast-moving, multi-workstream environment.
- Experience building with AI APIs or automation platforms like Zapier, Make, n8n, Claude Code, or Gemini Enterprise (preferred).
- Any coding or scripting background (preferred).
- Experience explaining technology to non-technical audiences (preferred).
- Familiarity with enterprise tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, Jira, or Salesforce (preferred).
- Knowledge of Kong Konnect, API management, or enterprise AI model integration (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Assess business workflows to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements.
- Build and iterate on AI automations, prompt-based tools, and lightweight applications.
- Provide coaching sessions to business team members to improve AI literacy.
- Maintain clear documentation for tools and workflows to facilitate team adoption.
- Test AI tools to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and edge cases.
- Track and report on business team AI skill development.
- Research emerging AI tools and platforms relevant to Kong's business context.
- Ensure tools comply with internal AI governance, IT, and security standards.
