Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, applied AI, or technical product roles.
- Meaningful hands-on experience building and shipping production systems.
- Expertise in designing multi-agent systems, RAG pipelines, agent-to-agent orchestrations, and MCP servers.
- Experience with API integrations into systems of record such as Salesforce, NetSuite, and Snowflake.
- Demonstrable experience shipping AI solutions in HIPAA-regulated environments.
- Deep understanding of maintaining audit trails and data privacy compliance for PHI.
- Strong business acumen with a history of operationally-focused technology projects.
- Proven experience in process re-engineering and driving technical adoption in non-technical teams.
- Ability to lead and coach a small team while remaining hands-on.
- Excellent communication skills capable of interfacing with executives and engineers.
Responsibilities
- Work with executive leadership to identify and prioritize AI use cases for internal efficiency.
- Audit and re-engineer business processes to optimize workflows before automation.
- Design and build internal agents and automations using retrieval, agent orchestration, and system-of-record connectivity.
- Develop reusable skills and frameworks to enable organizational scaling of AI tools.
- Own full lifecycle deployment from prototyping to production monitoring and evaluation.
- Define AI governance, data-handling rules, and risk management policies in collaboration with Legal and Security.
- Partner with functional teams to coach internal AI owners and drive adoption through training and enablement programs.
